Refund policy

ALL SALE ARE FINAL. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. except in case of damages. Please refer to our damage policy below. Warranties are not expressed or implied.

Damages & Refunds

Damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of the package(s) being marked as delivered from the tracking via USPS or UPS website. Take pictures of the shipping label, box and damaged product to document the damage and send invoice number, item number(s), and item description to piecesonmain@gmail.com. We will reship whatever is damaged provided there is stock. If no stock is available, we will issue a refund. All refunds will go back on the original payment method.

Without the product and package photos, we cannot validate damage and cannot process a refund. Failure to provide this information means you will submit a claim on your own behalf to the shipping company to receive a refund. You are required to keep the box and product so the shipping company is able to pick it up and to process the claim.

If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing. Check your spam folder for shipping confirmation emails.
